  • If the condition is better than expected we will pay you more. If in worse condition we will send a revised offer. If you decide against the revised offer, we will send it back with no cost. If the device is iCloud locked, or blacklisted you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Every package is insured through Canada post. Should the package get lost, or damaged you will get paid the full quoted amount.

  • Yes, we buy all kinds of cracked, and damaged devices. Although depending on the age, and value it might not be worth much.
